i’m a big fan of japanese everything so it’s not unlike me to make a jap style breakfast black rice with snow peas and green bell pepper strawberries a kiwi boiled red pepper tofu sprinkled with nori seaweed pickles could make a good lunch if you’re not into savory breakfasts
carrot cake shake, sprouted grain toast with almond butter and strawberries
veggie burger with avocado, tomato, sprouts, dijon mustard big green salad with cherry tomatoes and chickpeas
sorry i’ve been slacking on the intake posts mushroom and asparagus wrap (open) on a bed of spring mix greens with some dijon mustard chickpeas, wild rice and quinoa and amaranth, topped with clover and alfalfa sprouts
‘peaches and cream strawberry dream’ oatmeal & quinoa something quick i came up with i used a 5 grain oatmeal mix and red quinoa, which you microwave in almond milk, vanilla extract to taste, and cinnamon (not visible) then took a peach and some strawberries in a separate microwave friendly cup added 2 tablespoons of coconut milk coffee creamer in french vanilla (hence the cream) and lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, mixed it up, heated until warm and soft put it on top of the quinoa and oats and voila ~ topped it off with some vanilla coconut milk yogurt and lots more cinnamon
breakfast today the picture is self explanatory but - banana, blueberries ( my absolute FAVORITE ), grapes, raspberries, pistachios, coconut milk yogurt, a slice of sprouted bread with 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tspn raw honey, and strawberries
breakfast .. 2 days ago? banana, blueberry, raspberry, 1/2 avocado shake with unsweetened cocoa powder = chocolate  1 slice sprouted bread with 1 tbsp local handmade almond butter, 1 tspn raw honey, and strawberries
sunday treat  almond milk “ice cream” in chocolate and vanilla with blueberries and raspberries enjoying these things are key because otherwise binges are in order
today’s lunch spinach fettucini made with chia seeds, and a spinach-basil pesto topped with a little tomato sauce of course
yesterday’s lunch sprouted bread, tofurkey, baby spinach, daiya cheddar cheese, pickles, farmer’s market tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, nayonaise  like my winnie the pooh plate? ^-^
